All bookings must be confirmed with full payment or a deposit, as specified at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and approved online payment platforms.
A booking is considered confirmed only after a confirmation email or receipt has been issued.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled adventure are eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.
Cancellations made 7ā14 days prior to the scheduled activity will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the activity or for no-shows.
Giant Wildlife Adventure reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests will be offered a full refund or an alternative booking.
All participants must be in reasonably good health. Any medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations must be disclosed at the time of booking.
Participation in wildlife activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to uneven terrain, weather conditions, and animal behavior. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Guests must follow all instructions provided by guides and staff to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.
Giant Wildlife Adventure practices ethical wildlife viewing. We do not feed, bait, or harass animals to encourage sightings.
Guests must not disturb wildlife or remove plants, animals, or natural objects from protected areas.
All tours operate in full compliance with local environmental and conservation laws.

Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

If you do not wish to be included, you must opt out in writing prior to the tour.

We will make every effort to maintain the quality of the experience and notify guests of any changes as promptly as possible.
